How to Prepare
- Attend practices and work hard at them
- Get good sleep the night before a meet
- Avoid too much time in the sun the day of/before the meet
- Eat a healthy breakfast that is high in carbs and low in fat (whole grain cereal and milk and banana, whole grain toast or English muffin with peanut/almond butter, whole grain waffles are great choices)
- For Parents: here is a link to the order of events- this has changed for the 2021 season! If you're wondering when and what your swimmer will be competing in during a meet - this is the order for every Wednesday and Saturday meet. There are no relays on Wednesdays.
